Physicals & Fees are due at the listed deadlines along with the online registration to avoid the late fee and to allow your athlete to participate. Please email forms to [email protected]
The Physical Form is good for two years and is required before an Athlete can participate in any practice or regular season games or tournaments.
Parents and Student Athletes are required to read and adhere to this code. Please download and share with your Athlete.

The Athletic fees (non-refundable) cover the sport(s) your athlete(s) choose to participate in during the year
$85 Annual Family Registration Fee
$5 Per Sport Per Athlete Participation Fee
(Ex: One athlete who plays one sport will pay $90, two sports $95...)
$50 Per Athlete
*Exception: No deposit required if athlete is only registered for Track*
The Deposit is requested to be made by check. The check will be held to the end of the season and shredded at the end of the season as long as uniforms are returned.
Once uniforms are returned the deposit can be applied to the next sport or next athlete.
$125 Per Athlete
*Exception: No deposit required if athlete is only registered for Track or Softball*
The success of the St Agnes Athletic Program relies on the support of parent volunteers for the efficient operation of our program by fulfilling volunteer hours in Concessions and Admissions. Serving on the Athletic Board and Coaching qualifies as volunteer time.
Families of athletes are required to volunteer a minimum of 8 hours for each sport and for each athlete that participates.
Volunteers are required to be high school age or older.
Families may choose to “opt out” of the volunteer requirement by paying the $125 fee with their registration, in advance of the season.
