Admissions, Tuition and Fees

ADMISSION POLICIES

St. Agnes School admits students of any race, color, creed, and national or ethnic origin.

Kindergarten children must be 5 years old on or before September 1st. First grade children must be 6 years old on or before September 1st. The following procedures for early admission into First Grade or Kindergarten at St. Agnes School are in accordance with the Milwaukee Archdiocesan Policy.

1. The parent applies to the principal. An interview is held to determine the reasons for requesting early admission to school. Early admission is for birthdays through September 30th.
2. Application needs to take place by May 31st. An appropriate test will be administered to the candidate to determine readiness for early admission. This test will be given in early June for a fee of $30.00.
3. The principal will inform the parent of the child's test results and the final decision as to the acceptance or non-acceptance for early admission to Kindergarten or First Grade. Students meeting the proper age requirements have priority over underage applicants.
4. Admission for an underage First Grade or Kindergarten student is considered to be on a trial basis for the duration of the First Quarter of the school year.

ST. AGNES SCHOOL TUITION AND FEES

All school fees are payable on Organization Day in August.

Tuition and fee details are available from the school office, and in the school handbook.

The families from St. James Parish in Menomonee Falls will be charged the same tuition as a member of St. Agnes Parish.

Non-Parish families will be charged the full cost of tuition per child.

Tuition Contract

All families desiring to have their child/children attend St. Agnes School, will sign a contract.  A copy will be given to the family and the orginal will be kept at school.  All Tuition/School Fees must be paid before the students are registered for the following school year.  All Tuition/School Fees for students graduating from Grade 8 must be paid prior to graduation.

Tuition Refunds

Families who leave St. Agnes School during the school year, shall have any paid, but unused, portion of their tuition refunded on a pro-rated basis.
