HOURS OF OPERATION
TCU is open on all school days. The hours of operation are 7:00A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Children will come to TCU from their classroom at 2:30 P.M.
If enrollment supports TCU being open on conference days the hours will be posted a week prior. TCU needs at least ten children signed up in order to remain open. There will always be a list of children signed up one-week prior on the desk. This list will come from the calendar each family turns in every month. If your child is scheduled to attend TCU on a non-school day or half day and does not show up you will be billed $15.00 for the day. A seven day notice is needed for all full and half day cancelations. Parents will be given as much notice as possible if low enrollment dictates that TCU will be closed.
TCU will be closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas break, Easter break and all legal holidays. The program will follow the school’s direction in regard to snow and cold days. If school is canceled, so is the program.
